This and That Thursday: Roses and Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats!

June 7, 2012 By Elizabeth@ Pine Cones and Acorns 4 Comments

How is your week going? Mine is a little nuts, it has been filled with all sorts of crazy things, but also lots of great things. Aside from work and all the other stuff going on in my life I am taking another Blog class for the next four weeks, so please pardon my posts, they may be a little sporadic.

I am taking a class with Holly Becker of Decor8 and already I have “met” many new bloggers and learned a few new things and we are only in the first two days! Although the class is filled and closed to new students,  Holly does offer it twice a year and I encourage you to take it if you are looking for motivation, photography tips, information on publishing and writing a book and so much more.

Anyway, in addition to that I am trying some new recipes and a few things I have learned from a photo class. Although I have a really fabulous camera I actually prefer a point and shoot.  I would love to learn to take fabulous food photos, especially as those seem to be my most popular posts. But Rome was not built in a day and there are only 24 hours so I have to take my time.

Are you up to anything exciting? Are you trying some new recipes or some old standbys? I love to hear about new things, especially if they are sweet. So, if you have something do send me a link.

I hope you have a great day!

If you are looking for something quick and easy to make that has chocolate, peanut butter, peanut butter cups and marshmallows than come over to Once Upon a Chocolate Life and try this!
