Good morning! I am so excited it is the weekend, so many things to do, and only two days to do it all in.
I do not know if I mentioned this before but my mother has nine brothers and sisters, and my grandmother cooked and baked for the family from the time the kids were little until she passed away at the age of 77.

My fondest memories were of my time baking with her. This weekend, my aunts are coming over with a stack of my grandmothers recipes and we are going to experiment with some of the family favorites.

So far on our list we have butter horns, cinnamon rolls, cranberry nut rolls and a few other things.

Aside from that I have just picked up a stack of European shelter magazines and I have started a new book recommended by a blog friend.

What are your plans? Will you be doing and cooking or baking?
Reading and relaxing?
Whatever you do stay save, and enjoy!

How fun for you Elizabeth to try out your Grandmother's recipes! It'll almost be like having her there with you. Me, I'm starting my weekend off with a facial today and I can't wait, talk about relaxing! Enjoy your baking!

I am going to reorganize my studio and move on to some orders that I have to finish, then figure out what is next. I am not sure what it is, but I do know I have to make a decision soon!
HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND ELIZABETH! Anita
