Good morning! Happy Spring! Can you believe that it is the first day of Spring? Although the calendar says its Spring I think that Mother nature is not ready to let go of her grip on the weather or Winter.

Amish Breakfast Casserole by Key Ingredient

No matter the weather time is forging ahead and that means that Easter is just around the corner.

I experimented yesterday with two of the coffee cakes I featured, as well as, a double chocolate chip cookie recipe, they were all excellent and I will share them later this week in case you want to try them yourself.

Breakfast Mac and Cheese by Dinner and Dessert

For now I am researching breakfast casseroles and more substantial fare. So far, my favorite find is the breakfast macaroni and cheese. I have never had it before and I think it might be something I will be making.

Cheesy Spinach Sausage Casserole from Brown Eyed Baker

I have to be honest I am not a huge fan of “the incredible edible egg” so finding recipes that incorporate them is always a plus for me. After all a person needs their protein.

Breakfast Pizza from The Smitten Kitchen

What do you think of these recipes? Have you made any of these casseroles? Does your family have another favorite?

Breakfast Burger by Pass the Sushi

If you find something here and you try it please come back and let us know. I think they all look scrumptious and I raise my hat to these talented bloggers, not only for the recipe ideas but the beautiful photos.

Breakfast Tacos from Annie Eats

I wish you a wonderful day, enjoy the first day of Spring!

    Heavens Above!

If I ate any of these dishes for breakfast I wouldn’t have to eat again all day. My small bowl of oats and fruits and nuts is all I can manage.
