Good morning!
I do not know about you but it has been a couple of blue days here with the rain and the wind. Hopefully today it will stop and the sun will come out if only for a bit.
I have been collecting lately, a little white and blue here, a little blue and white there. One at a time, each a different pattern, a different story. Some perfect, some crazed and chipped.
Oddly enough I have yet to find a place to display my little treasures. I just like collecting them.
Are you a collector of blue and white transferware or oriental ware?
Do you display it or use it?
I actually use the cups and a few of the saucers, others are too old and too fragile to use. But oh so pretty to look at.

I`m a big fan of blue and white transfer-ware. It`s my favorite thing to find in shops. You have some beautiful pieces and I think you should try to use it as much as you can. Thankfully, people seem to be getting away from putting all their `treasures`away in a drawer. Deb

Elizabeth, I love blue and white. The combination is so calming. I have a collection of cups and saucers. I received my paternal grandmother's and my mother's collection. I have added to it through the years, and started a collection for my daughter. Unfortunately, all but a few favorite pieces are boxed up.

I love blue & white too….I have some dinner plates, a teapot & a couple of other bits & pieces that were my grandmother's. I use the dinner plates every day….although it took me while, I kept them in a cabinet but I thought it was just nice to use them as she did and so out they came.

Even though I am not typically a "blue" person, I do love blue and white dishes. The more the better. I love how they work together not matter what the pattern. I enjoy your blog!

I love blue and white dishes and just blue and white anything lately. I can't get enough blue. Those brownies look over the tip good.
