I don’t know about you but I love to pamper myself, especially in the Fall and Winter when there is a chill in the air and the days are sometimes gloomy and grey.

On days like those I find a long soak in the tub is the perfect way to while away the hours.
Bath salts rejuvenate your skin and help you to relax.
And bath herbs and spices to sooth your weary bones the natural way, you just throw a tea bag or two into the bath and let the herbs work their magic.
A few candles for ambiance.

And a stack of the latest magazines and a book and perhaps a few sweets and you have the perfect afternoon.
How do you pamper yourself?

A day of pampering is perfect for yourself or friends, and this a great gift for a friends birthday or just to make them feel special.
I hope that you take some time as the months begin to get busy preparing for the holidays to pamper and take care of yourself.
Have a great day!

You are so my kind of girl…..ahhh all my favorite things. In fact I think I might indulge in a bubble bath today after seeing this wonderful post!
That is one of the best ways to pamper oneself, a nice hot bath with candles, something smelly and a cold glass of Champagne. Does it get any better?

Yes…YES! THIS IS IT! Pampering is necessary now because we are already spinning our wheels, stressing out, needing more sleep and especially more chocolate!
Treat YOURSELF my friend. I know you are quite busy at the moment! Anita
Ahhh…I love every one of these photos and love the idea of a little pampering. Actually, I am one of those people who take a bubble bath every night before I go to bed so I manage to pamper myself pretty well. (although the addition of champagne and candles would take it over the top!)
Have a lovely day, Elizabeth! xoxo
A good soak is always called for.
You had me at the lemon bath salts & champagne punch. I wish I could say I pamper myself but I don't. I had my first facial last spring and thought I'd gone to heaven. Great reminder Elizabeth to stop and re-charge.
Cheers!
