Winter Shadows

February 19, 2015 By Elizabeth@ Pine Cones and Acorns 7 Comments

Good morning! We are digging out from our twice a winter snow/ice storm and although the city is shut down and we have not left the house I did manage to go out and take a few photos.

Is there anything more beautiful than the “art” that nature creates? These photos the shadows of the crepe myrtle trees in my back yard.

I call them “Winter Shadows.”

Have a great day!

There really is no greater art than Nature…these photos are beautiful and dreamy.
How are you, dear friend? I hope the roads are cleared soon for you…but I know how much you love the snow. 🙂
We are at a frigid 10 below (this morning)…the sun is shining warmer with the promise of spring, though.
    Sending love your way,
    – Irina

Oh Elizabeth! Good evening! How are you doing in this insane winter cold? Please stay tucked in …..it is dangerous out there! But, look at the beauty you have captured…so lovely to see you my friend. Anita
