Good morning! I am so happy it is the weekend. I have felt terrible the last two days with chest pain, neck pain and a host of other symptoms. In fact I felt so bad I went to the emergency room at 11:00 Wednesday night and had a battery of tests to see if I was having a heart attack. Thankfully I did not but I am not feeling much better, in fact I am worse. Now have a host of appointments to see what what is actually the culprit.
So this weekend I am going to rest, relax, catch up with my favorite blogs and that is it, Hopefully I will be doing it outside in the sun.

Oh Elizabeth I am so sorry to hear about your health problems. I know how scary a trip to the emergency room can be and I'm just so relieved it wasn't your heart. I'll be thinking of you sending lots of positive prayers. I hope you relax and do lots of reading this weekend my friend.

My friend, what is happening over there?????? WHAT? OK, when you went into emergency, what did they tell you? They ruled out any heart condition, correct?
Could it be stress? But you've been on vacation? Let me tell you what happened to me just yesterday:
Yesterday was officially my last day of vacation. I go back to school today to have my first of many meetings. I think that subconsciously, I am worried about it because I had a strange feeling in my neck and ears…a fullness as if my breathing was being cut off. I started to panic, but otherwise, I felt fine. I could walk without feeling faint, etc….It finally went away. I believe in my case, it was stress. I hope that this is all it is for you. I do think however, that doctors often blame stress for EVERYTHING, and that we should get ourselves checked. I had that done a year ago when I was having tingling in my hands and face; turns out I was vitamin D deficient and it went away, but then I have it again! So who knows….
Please let us know right away what you find out. In the meantime, rest. I know you travel a lot, and maybe you just need to rest.
LOVE! Anita

OMG how scary!!! I am so happy it was not a heart attack but sorry you are not feeling any better. Hope you can have a very calm and relaxed weekend, maybe stress? I know it can manifest itself in all kinds of crazy ways. On a lighter note, love all those variations on pizza…yum!! Always on the prowl for good book recommendations!! I so hope you are feeling better SOON!

Yes, I believe stress could do that. I had a panic attack the other day (my second) and it lasted just about a minute and it was a scary thing. Praying for you 🙂

Mouth watering, Elizabeth, and I am not sure whether it is for the brownies or for Scot's new plaids! 😀
