Happy New Year! Welcome 2016! Did you go out and celebrate last night? We had a nice low key dinner with family, and I was in bed before the stroke of midnight. I think I must be getting old.
I know a lot of people make resolutions for the new year. I used to do that as well when I was younger, as I have aged I learned that they are simply not for me.
Instead in the last few years I have just decided to be more mindful… of my life, my health, my family, the world, my relationships, my education and my happiness.
I hope that 2016 is whatever you want it to be. Dream big and live big because life is short. I wish you a very happy, healthy and blessed year ahead.

You and I both must be becoming "seasoned" for I was in bed (on the couch) by 11:00 which is LATE for me). I too also just want my health and marriage, my creativity. But this morning as I was visiting my favorite blogs, THE DUTCHESS had the most profound message. It was about MAKING MISTAKES and making more of them this year. The premise was, MAKE AN EFFORT and try new things. Make those mistakes. Touché.
I hope that the "mistakes" we make this year will have good consequences of personal, creative growth. Be well dearest Elizabeth! Anita
Happy new year…..love from me Ria x ❤️
Happy New Year to you as well!
I've been ill the last few days, so I stayed in last night.
