Friday Favorites from French Country Cottage, Everyday Occasions, Lost in Arles, Thistlewood Farms and More

September 17, 2016 By Elizabeth@ Pine Cones and Acorns 6 Comments

Good morning! How are you and how was your week? Have you been having any cool, crisp nights and beautiful Fall weather yet? We haven’t yet so I have been savoring the sunny days because soon I will be complaining about the cold.

Image Jenny Steffens Hobik Everyday Occassions

I love pasta and I think this Penne with Grilled Chicken, Spinach and  Cherry Tomatoes with Lemon Parmesan Sauce from Everyday Occasions looks perfect for this weekends dinner!

I made the most delicious treats this week, Dulche de Leche Fluff Brownies. Fudgy brownies topped with marshmallow fluff and dulce de leche caramel does it get any better?

French Country Cottage

Do you decorate for Fall? If you do and you are looking for a little inspiration check out French Country Cottage for 5 Easy Ways to Use Copper in your decorating this season.

If you are looking for a Fall craft check out this Fall Leaf Book Page Wreath from Thistlewood Farms. I think even I could make this.

Image Lost in Arles

Gratitude and Red Barns by Heather of Lost in Arles is a beautiful post not only for Heather’s stunning photos but for the beautiful reminder that there is something to be grateful for every day, even if it doesn’t seem like it.

What did you discover this week, a book, a movie or a recipe to share? We would love to hear about it.

I hope that you have a wonderful weekend!

It's pouring with rain here, but we need it as we have had none all summer, so yes, today it feels almost autumnal, I had quite forgotten what rain looks like! As I know you are passionate about food, do have a read of my blog post about school lunches here in France yesterday, it makes interesting reading! Hope you have a lovely weekend. X
