I love Fall, but I have to tell you that football, pumpkins, and Halloween candy in August is just not right. Summer is actually not over until September 22nd so don’t put your shorts away just yet. Enjoy a little of the hot sun and down time before the long winter sets in.

If you are still enjoying summer and I hope that you are here are some fun finds from Kohls. I have never really shopped at Kohls until a friend told me about their sales. So when our friends were here for a week at the beach I purchased 10 beach towels for the price that I would have paid for 3 if paying full price and that included shipping charges.
I found a few endless summer items that you might like to use this year or to stock up for next year.
Please continue to pray for all of the people in Texas and Louisiana who are being impacted by this devastating weather. My thoughts and prayers are with them. If you would like to help you can contact the Red Cross.
By the way if you life in that area they are looking for qualified medical help and of course people with boats to aid in the rescue efforts.
For those of you on the East Coast, get ready for the Tropical Storm coming your way. There is going to be a lot of rain and wind so please be safe and stay out of flooded areas.
Have a good day.

Hello dear Elizabeth! For a minute there, I couldn't see any of your photos, but WOW, when they finally came up, what a colorful array of summer memories. It looks as if fall is trying to get here early with rain and cold and maple trees a bit confused; they are starting to turn orange!
I hope you are well.

Cute stuff! I don't put my shorts away until I have too, and that's probably after the first frost!

The shops up here also tend to start with the Hallowe'en candy two months plus early. Which is ridiculous.
