Good morning! I know that most of us have our minds on family, friends and food this week getting ready for Thanksgiving but for many once the meal is done they are headed off to shop.
I thought I would share a few of my favorite things to get for the baker in your life. Something small like measuring spoons and cups are great stocking stuffers. As are pot holders, aprons and extracts. If you want to get something really special for the baker in your life you can always gift them a Kitchen Aid Mixer! My mom gave each of my siblings and I one when we turned 21 and my husband and I have gifted them to our daughter and daughter-in-law the last two years.
What is your favorite kitchen utensil that you bake with? A rolling pin, a baking mat, or perhaps a favorite pan. Please share so that we can add those to our own kitchens and Christmas lists too!
Have a great day!

I am in love with my copper measuring spoons. They were a gift from the children last Christmas and I just adore them, they make me smile every time I am baking.
A PINK SPATULA!
Good ideas!
The ultimate is to find a "vintage" KitchenAid mixer from the mid-'80s or earlier. Those were made by Hobart, which made appliances for industrial kitchens. My mom gave me hers (very lightly used) and it hums like you can't believe. Metal parts, not plastic.
Love the oven mitts and apron!

I have this vintage tube pan (I think they were made exclusively in Wisconsin) for cakes that I can't live without. I also use vintage mixing bowls because they remind me of beautiful childhood memories in the kitchen. Happy Thanksgiving, friend.
