Good morning! Happy Friday and happy February. We are one month closer to Spring and I am happy about that because for one of the few times in my life I am tired of winter. Its been so cold here this winter that frankly I am a slug and it takes everything I have to get up in the morning to go to yoga. Once I finish I rush home and then I hunker down and do not leave the house unless I absolutely have to.
This weekend is the 52nd Super Bowl and I cannot wait for the commercials and some tasty treats. Will you be watching? Do you have any interesting food that you will be making?

I don’t know about you but I really hate listening to people who have clearly had “work done” drone on about how they stay young and youthful. OLDUSKA is a modeling agency that only hires people over 45, real people with natural beauty. This just proves that age is only a number.

I watched 2 episodes of a documentary this week called Ways To School and I cannot get it out of my mind. Frankly I think it should be a mandatory requirement for every student in the USA to watch it every year! I hope that you watch this documentary because you will never forget these kids and the challenges they face to get an education. You can get more information about the 26 episodes and the Ways to School Organization by clicking here.

At least the days are getting longer. I like being able to drive while it's still light.
We can hope that the huge cohort of baby boomers will change attitudes about aging. The median age (half of people are above and half below) is now 37 in the U.S. and will be 43 by 2060. Not everybody can afford facelifts or even Botox, and even among those who can, not everybody is comfortable with them.
Those nachos look amazing!
