Good morning! How are you? How was your week? My week has been great but I am looking forward to the weekend. Tonight we are having friends for dinner so I have a lot to prepare before they get here. My husband is in charge of the meat and I am in charge of everything else.

Image from the Recipe Critic

Speaking of meat, this Skillet Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes from The Recipe Critic is right up my husbands alley. I will have to pass this along to him.

Image How Sweet Eats

Are you a pimento cheese lover, I am, how about grits? I do not eat them very often but I can’t wait to try this recipe for Pimento Cheese Grits from How Sweet Eats.

Feast your eyes on this Peppermint Bailey’s Chocolate Mouse with a Brownie Base from Salt Sugar Magic

We are having friends over for dinner tonight and I always like to make a cocktail to celebrate the occasion. Tonight I am going to make this Boozy Strawberry Basil Lemonade Cocktails
