Good morning! As I said a couple of weeks ago there is a lot going on in my family. My mother has been going to physical therapy for her shoulder and her wrist is healing well, aside from feeling totally helpless and having to stay put at home all day she is doing a lot better. My father-in-law is still in hospice and has good days and bad. As for my mother-in-law, she is doing surprisingly well, as she is no longer a caretaker her health seems better and she is excited because she is downsizing her house and with it her responsibilities.
I have been doing a lot of reading, its always fun getting lost in a book or a stack of them. Baking and trying new recipes are also keeping me busy and challenging my patience as I experiment with yeast. Each day, rain, shine or freezing cold, I go to yoga where for an hour I can challenge myself physically and mentally. And I have been taking a few online classes, including a photography class and an art history class, which I am really enjoying.
What have you been doing lately?
Have a great day!

You are amazing to be able to do so much! Yoga daily! That is great–for mind and body and soul. It's important to take the time, but not everybody manages. Bravo.
Glad to hear your mother and MIL are doing well. Sending all of you best wishes.
Yoga is my therapy and it is the one hour of the day that I can just let go and relax. Thank you for your kind thoughts.
It's understandable that you'd be so occupied.
That photo at the very top was so bright it just lifted me up!

Glad to know those special ladies are doing better. Hope your FIL will have better days also.
You are busy and , as today is International Women's Day, I wish you a happy one doing things you love.
The blue and white is always beautiful, especially with some bright yellow daffodils thrown in on these still cold pre-spring days. I've been cutting many from the garden to mix in with flowers from the grocery store – very pretty.
Cooking a lot of healthy vegs – roasting, making soups, lots of big salad bowls etc, as we are doing a very lo-carb/sugar week. Bob's dropped a few pounds, I haven't – why do women have such a hard time with their weight – not fair! Off now to make chunky apple sauce – gotta have something sweet – apples were on sale yesterday so I bought Granny Smiths and MacIntosh – both are great cooked. I have a bit of a swallowing problem with raw apples – and besides I do loved them cooked with no added sugar of course!
