Good evening! Happy October. Once the weather cools down I pull out my favorite soup cookbooks and start making lists of the soups I cannot wait to make. I have a few staples, like my favorite chili but I love to try new recipes.
Today I am sharing five finds for soup season.
Lode Dutch Oven great for soups, stews and roasts too!
Great White Soup Tureen from Pottery Barn perfect for serving soup and beverages all season long. Serve hot chocolate, egg nog, punch and all of your favorite soups.
New England Soup Factory Cookbook,
If you don’t wan to make your own soup you can always pick up a jar at Williams Sonoma.
Have a great night.

Good suggestions.
I almost wish I could stay home and make soup too Elizabeth!
I'm worn out from travel prep – running in circles!
Packing right now as we leave tomorrow – always such a lot to do when going far away. Once I'm seated on the London-bound plane tomorrow night – which thankfully is a direct flight – I'll breathe again. . . . . . . . . then say a little prayer as always. . . . . . . . . .then have a glass of wine and pick through the same old, usually awful meal served in coach, haha!
I'll think of your soups though and all the pretty ways to serve it………when I get back!
