Good morning, in honor of the Super Bowl I thought I would share 15 game day snacks that you might want to make for yourself or a party. We will be watching the game at home this year,  my husband is a life long Kansas City Chiefs fan and he doesn’t want to be distracted being sociable, so that means I will be making lots of snack foods.

Feta and Artichoke Dip

I love snack food, especially dips, homemade pretzels, pizza, mini-sandwiches and of course dessert. My husband wants wings and I want nachos or queso and chips. I also want to make a one or two of these 15 snacks I discovered this week.

1. Bacon Ranch Cheese Fries from The Cookie Rookie.

2. Baked Chicken Taquitos from Beyond Frosting

3. ChorizoQueso Dip

4. Loaded Sweet Potato Nachos from Spices in My DNA

5. Southwest 7 Layer Dip from Yellowbliss Road

6. Siracha Chicken Wings from Martha Stewart

7. Beer Cheese Sauce from The Chunky Chef

8. Buffalo Crock Pot Dip From Homemade Interest

9. French Onion Dip from Down Shiftology

10. Philly Cheesesteak Sliders from Homemade Interest

11. Baked Cambozola with Cranberries

12.  30 Minute Pretzel Nuggets

13. Cast Iron Skillet Pizza

14. Caramel Stuffed Sea Salt Brownies

15. Baked Bakery Brownies

and a bonus, Magic Bars, everybody’s favorite!

Will you be watching the game? Will you be at a party or at home? Do you have a favorite snack that you will be making?

Share your recipes please, I love to learn about new snack foods.

Have a great day!

Oh yes, the sweet potato nachos (sans the beef for me though) look so good – might try them, and your pizza in the skillet looks delish!
Don't do anything special for the Super Bowl but am always ready to eat something good of course!

Grief is just love with no place to go.” Thank y Grief is just love with no place to go.” Thank you my friends for all of your kind messages, thoughts and prayers. This is how I feel tonight, as if I am seeing life This is how I feel tonight, as if I am seeing life through the blur of tears and sorrow. Sunday night my friend of 34 years lost her husband of 36 years, because of Covid he did not get to meet or hold his newborn grandson. Then just an hour ago we received a call that my husbands best friend died of a massive heart attack this morning. Sometimes life just knocks you to your knees and all you can do is pray for the loved ones you’ve lost, cherish their memories and let your time with them sustain you until you meet again. Then you ask God for the strength to get up and move forward. #life #loss #givemestrength #givemestrengthlord #pray

So I am hunkering down and taking solace inside enjoying the details of a collected home and life. This tapestry is a piece that we purchased over 25 years ago in Paris, it hang in the dining room and makes me smile every time I see it because it reminds me of such a happy and beautiful place. Good afternoon friends, it’s a frigid day here. Good afternoon friends, it’s a frigid day here. How is it in your “neck of the woods?” We took a long road-trip a few weeks ago to the beautiful @colonialwmsburg . I love this place, there is so much to see and do and even wearing masks and social distancing you can still enjoy the history and the beauty of this living museum. Today I am home doing the weekend chores, and of course doing a little baking. I hope that you have a fabulous weekend. #colonialwilliamsburg #williamsburg #colonialhouse #livinghistory #livinghistorymuseum #museum #winterfun #roadtrip #wanderlust #weekend #weekendvibes #weekendmood
