Good morning and a very happy weekend to you. After the washer problem the rest of the week was without incident and actually finished on a high note. The repair man came and fixed the seal and hopefully all will be well. I am feeling a lot better I think I was simply lamenting the end of my favorite season.
This afternoon I am going for a massage, my back and neck have been in knots for the last few weeks. I think the culprit is my pillow and my computer monitor, the massage is a temporary fix and the others I will be working on the this weekend.

I first read Simple Abundance way back in 1996 and I loved it. This updated version is just a timely if not more.
Updated and expanded for everyone who loved the original Simple Abundance — and a whole new generation that needs it now more than ever — this mega-bestselling guide continues to lead countless women to more fulfilling, harmonious, and joyful lives.
First published in 1995, Simple Abundance topped the New York Times Bestseller list for over two years and is responsible for introducing two hugely popular concepts–the “Gratitude Journal” and the term “Authentic Self.” With daily inspirational meditations and reflections, the Simple Abundance phenomenon became a touchstone for a generation of women, helping them to reclaim their true selves, find balance during life’s busiest moments, and rediscover what makes them truly happy.
In his previous books Steal Like an Artist and Show Your Work!, both New York Times bestsellers, Austin Kleon gave readers the keys to unlock their creativity and showed them how to become known. Now he offers his most inspiring work yet, with ten simple rules for how to stay creative, focused, and true to yourself—for life.
The creative life is not a linear journey to a finish line, it’s a loop—so find a daily routine, because today is the only day that matters. Disconnect from the world to connect with yourself—sometimes you just have to switch into airplane mode. Keep Going celebrates getting outdoors and taking a walk (as director Ingmar Bergman told his daughter, ”The demons hate fresh air”). Pay attention, and especially pay attention to what you pay attention to. Worry less about getting things done, and more about the worth of what you’re doing. Instead of focusing on making your mark, work to leave things better than you found them.
Keep Going and its timeless, practical, and ethical principles are for anyone trying to sustain a meaningful and productive life.
Internationally bestselling author Cecelia Ahern’s One Hundred Names is the story of secrets, second chances, and the hidden connections that unite our lives—a universal tale that will grip you with its emotional power and mesmerize you with its magic.
Scandal has derailed Journalist Kitty Logan’s career, a setback that is soon compounded by an even more devastating loss. Constance, the woman who taught Kitty everything she knew, is dying. At her mentor’s bedside, Kitty asks her—what is the one story she always wanted to write?
The answer lies in a single sheet of paper buried in Constance’s office—a list of 100 names—with no notes or explanation. But before Kitty can talk to her friend, it is too late.
Determined to unlock the mystery and rebuild her own shaky confidence, Kitty throws herself into the investigation, using her skills and savvy to track down each of the names on the list and uncover their connection. Meeting these ordinary people and learning their stories, Kitty begins to piece together an unexpected portrait of Constance’s life. . . and starts to understand her own.

I don’t know about you but as much as I love yoga and comfy yoga clothes I refuse to spend $100 for pair of yoga pants, recently I discovered Yogalicious pants and shorts and they are comfortable, and are a great price.
