Finds
It is going to be 97 here today but my mind is already moving slowly toward Fall, honestly I would like to put up my Christmas tree but I will wait a few more weeks. I like the sparkly lights, they make me happy at with all of the crazy and often depressing news I think somedays a few lights are just what I need.
I like this pillow from pottery barn the muted fall colors are beautiful.
Harvest Spice candles and more. I could burn these candles all year I like the scent that much. The mulled cider is nice too.
This handcrafted quilt is beautiful.
That is it for this week. I hope that you share your finds from this week, recipes, books, podcasts or whatever else you found interesting.
Have a wonderful and safe weekend.

The pizzas look good.
I do always enjoy hearing about your books. I really enjoyed The Nightingale too. And that farmers market pizza looks so yummy and I looked over the recipe for the farmer's market pizza.
Also i wanted to thank you for your comment on my blog post. I swear, you have such a way with words and I can't thank you enough for what you said. Especially the part about keeping going. It's just so nice to hear, that's all.

love you!
Great post Elizabeth…`I have issues in posting my comments on blogs so hopefully this gets through to you. The quilt is beautiful. Have a great week…Helen
LOOKS LIKE SOME GOOD BOOKS HERE ELIZABETH…..THIS IS A TEST RESPONSE, SO HOPEFULLY GETS THROUGH
OMG – so much here to interest me, you are the best Elizabeth!
First, the 'knitting sweaters for penguins' immediately caught my eye!!!! I so will follow up on this because I LOVE penguins (and had the most amazing close up visits with them in Antarctica!), and I need a new knitting project for the winter months. This rescue location is on Phillip Island, Australia, a fabulous place. I met a guide on my sub-Antarctic expedition (NZ and Australia), who was from Phillip Island and she spoke often of its beauty. Right now with COVID I long to live somewhere such as there – or a Swedish or Danish island in the Baltic Sea!!!
Your book choices all sound fabulous but The Gown will be one I must read.
Thanks for reminding me to get my Fall pillows out of storage. Xmas tree will be at the ready later!
Food, wow! Will have to make your cherry coffee cake, and the Farmer's Market flatbread is definitely on my 'to cook list' also!
A little wet here this morning from the hurricane but not complaining after seeing the heartbreak situations in Louisiana – all so sad. My prayers go out to everyone there.
Take care, enjoy the weekend – big hugs.
