Good morning friends, I have an easy and tasty treat to share with you this morning, a creamy, rich, date shake. Dates are healthy and nutritious and contain, magnesium, potassium, iron, vitamin B, fiber, protein, and antioxidants. They are the perfect natural sweetener for shakes, smoothies, baked goods and more.
Creamy Date Shake
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or your favorite non-dairy milk
5 Medjool dates, pitted and halves
1 cup ice
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1 pinch ground cinnamon and more for garnish
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into glass and dust with cinnamon.
