I love Target! I visited for the first time in 8 months and stocked up on all sorts of great Christmas things!
Good morning friends, Happy Halloween! I have to be honest, I’ve never been a Halloween fan, I hate scary things, I love all of the candy but the dressing up and the creepy decor is not my thing. In fact, I’ve already moved on to Christmas!
Thursday I went to Target for the first time in 8 months; I was like a kid in a candy shop, I had a shopping cart full of stuff in 10 minutes! After I got a hold of myself and sorted through the cart I ended up getting a bunch of little things for Christmas and some great, actually 4, dresses.
I bought this dress (above) and I love it, the fit is perfect and it looks beautiful on. If you like the style it also comes in black and white polka dots.
I also got this this dress in dark purple, and black, I love the neckline and the style, it is a little baggy and very comfortable and will look great with booties or flats and it has pockets!
And, last but not least, I am IN LOVE with this dress! The photo does not do it justice, it is very similar to another dress that I looked at on line this week and frankly I could not justify spending $440.00 on a dress. This dress is $27.99 and it looks beautiful on me, if I do say so myself.
Run, don’t walk to your nearest target, they have so many cute things for the holidays in the $1.00-$5.00 bins at the front of the store, small flocked trees,($5.00) white enamel collars for mini tree’s($3.00), similar to this, plaid stockings, ornaments, wrapping paper and really neat wood trees and bottle brush trees.
I did not buy these but how cute are these appetizer plates? They also come in plaid/berries pattern and a really cool green tree pattern.
This door mat is cute not only for Christmas but all winter long.
If you like family Christmas pajamas there are so many great ones to choose from.
This felted garland was so, so cute! It would look great on a small tree in a child’s room or in the kitchen. I think it would also look great on a wreath.
I could go on and on about all of the ornaments, wrapping paper, and cards but it would take all day so maybe you better go and check out your nearest Target. If you get anything cool come back and share your finds! I would love to hear about what you purchased.
Have a great weekend.

Great picks and you will look fab in those pretty dresses. I looked for them online but didn't find them. . . . . .guess this means a trip to the store. Do they allow you to use the Fitting Room – some places don't now – H&M for example.
The plates are cute, I think I'll get the berry pattern which could be used for all the winer months rather than just at Christmas.
I want that door mat too!
I already have Christmas/Holiday cards and today plan to set some time aside to start writing them – a few a day makes it easier for me.
Enjoy your Sunday Elizabeth.
Hugs – Mary
