Good morning friends, how are you? It’s been a long and I am looking forward to the weekend. It will be raining after 2 days of sun so I have the perfect excuse to stay in and rest.
We are nearing the end of “Heart Month” and I wanted to remind everyone, men and in particular women how important your heart health is. Did you know that heart disease is the leading cause of death in women? 1 in every 5 female deaths is from heart disease. It is important to get your vitals checked, know your blood pressure, and your cholesterol numbers, make sure to get a check up, do cardiovascular exercise, sleep at least 7 hours a night and do things that help alleviate the stressing your life.
I have a lot of great articles, food, books and more to share this week, so pull up a chair and grab your cocoa, coffee, tea or cocktail.
I love chili, in fact I make this recipe all winter long but I have never made a white chili, I think I am going to try this one.
