“May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face; the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.” —Gaelic Blessing
Good morning and Happy St.Patrick’s Day friends! What are your plans for the day? Will you be celebrating your Irish heritage or simply celebrating along with your Irish friends? Will you be having corned beef and cabbage, colcannon or Irish soda bread or do you have another favorite Irish food that you like to make and enjoy?
I am not Irish, I am German and English and Catholic so we celebrate with our friends who are Irish, this year we are celebrating inspirit and not together. I am making colcannon and Irish soda bread and Chocolate Guinness Stout Brownies! If you do not have a dessert made you might want to try these brownies they are so good!
Or you could make this Chocolate Caramel Brownie Terrine it is a little more time consuming but it is so good.
Whatever you make or eat or do I hope that you have a wonderful day and I hope that you will be spending it with someone that you love.
Have a great day!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
Happy St.Patrick’s Day to you William!
We are German also. We have never really celebrated St. Patrick’s Day other than to wear green so we don’t get pinched.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day. I made corned beef for the first time. I was delish.
I love corned beef, I am sure that yours was fabulous! Have a great weekend Lynn.
