Good morning friends, it has been a week, you know the ones where by Friday you are exhausted from the ups and the downs and everything that’s been going on? We are “under contract” to sell our house, and God willing everything will be smooth sailing and we will be “moving on” to a new house. So far we haven’t found “the house” so a rental may be in order. Whatever the case I am excited for what is to come and that is being closer to my brother and his family and to many friends.
This is my favorite post of the week, I always find way too many things to share it is hard for me to pare it down to a manageable size for you to read without spending a day and a half going to all of the links. I hope you have your coffee and that you enjoy all of my finds.
Food
Always eat dessert first, especially when it includes Strawberries and Cream. You might also want to try this recipe for Strawberry Upside Down Cake.
I don’t know about you but I love easy meals as well as meals that I can make and eat more than one day. This Spicy Thai Spaghetti Salad is one of those recipes and I think it is going to be on permanent rotation all summer long.
Spinach and artichoke fans will love this pasta recipe.
Spring is all about fresh vegetables and this Lemon Garlic Parmesan Orzo with Fresh Asparagus is a great way to showcase the first stalks of the season.

That strawberry cake is a definite yes! Love your shares and think the floral dress is going to be a great addition to my summer wardrobe. All the best to you on the sale and move. We just came through the other side of a very long search, build and sale and it was stressful at times, but I always returned to faith that things work out just as they are meant to…and they did.
Tina thank you! I am trying so hard to keep the faith. It is hard when you have a “dream” and it isn’t working out the way you want it too!
