Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream
How to Make No-Churn Fudge Brownie Ice Cream
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form
- Combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa and vanilla
- Add the whipped cream to the condensed milk mixture
- Fold in brownies
- Pour into pan, dot with fudge and freeze
- Because there are so few ingredients it is important to use qualityy ingredients. I like to use Cocoa Barry or Valhrona. My favorite vanilla is Nielsen-Massey

Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream
Ingredients
14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup of cocoa powder, sifted
pinch of salt
1 cup brownie pieces
3/4 cup of hot fudge(recipe here) or use store bought
Directions
Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap or parchment paper, set aside.
In a medium size bowl whisk together the sifted cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and the salt. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer beat your heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.
Fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture until combined.
Add the 3/4’s of the brownie pieces to the mixture and gently fold.
Pour half of the mixture into a loaf pan and then add dollops of hot fudge sauce to the top. Use a knife to swirl the fudge. Then add the rest of the mixture and smooth the top. Dot the top with hot fudge and the rest of the brownie pieces.
Place the loaf pan into the freezer and freeze for 12 hours.
Enjoy
This no-churn ice cream can be made in any flavor, with or without additions. If you are a purist and like vanilla then all you need are the sweetened condensed milk heavy cream and vanilla. Like berries, fold them in or do you prefer cookies, you can add them instead. Play around, be your own Ben and Jerry’s and invent a signature flavor for yourself.
