Good morning friends! How are you? I know that many have been baking while staying at home, I have been too. I have made bread, cheesecake, cookies, cinnamon rolls and more.
The one thing I have not baked is anything lemon, it is my least favorite flavor unless I am drinking lemonade. It is however my mom’s favorite so this week I am gathering lemon recipes to make her and place in her Mother’s Day care package.

Love anything lemon…can anyone vouch for a lower fat/calorie lemon salad dressing I can make? Thanks in advance. Great post as always, thank you.
If you like a tangy dressing, this is one I use: 1 part olive oil, 1 part lemon juice, 1 part Persian Lime flavored vinegar (bought at olive oil store so may be some time before you can get it), add tiny bit of good mustard (about 1 teaspoon to 3/4 cup total for liquids). Mustard gives little flavor and colors dressing more golden yellow.
