Paris Cafes

Good morning!

I know that I promised to show you a few photos from my trip to Paris, but I took over 2000 and I am sure that you do not want to see them all.  On this snowy, windy Wednesday I thought you might enjoy a  a few of my favorite cafes. If I close my eyes I can imagine myself sitting at any one of these places sipping cocoa and watching the world go by.

I hope that you have a great day!

  1. Thanks for bringing back memories of my one visit to Paris. It wasn't cocoa we were sipping, but sparkling water and Berthillon sorbet. One day it was so hot that we splurged and at the sorbet twice in one day.

    Beautiful photos.

  2. Oh how I love my Paris Café view….2000 PHOTOS? Oh my friend, share more from time to time so we can escape! I hope you are not getting as much snow as we are….yesterday it made for some rough driving…speaking of which, I better get ready to hit the road…GOOD DAY!

  3. So gorgeous makes me wish I was there!! This would make a great book or blow some up and put them as a photo collage on a wall, that would look fabulous!

  4. Fantastic photos, Elizabeth. I love Paris' cafe culture. Thanks for transporting us there. Stay warm, L
PS – I've been enjoying my garden books – merci!!!

  6. Oh Elizabeth! How much fun! I haven't been to Paris in years, I think it's high time. Wanna go? Then we can hop over to Scotland to see Dumbwit Teller!

  7. Gorgeous photos, Elizabeth! My son and I were at a local creperie today with French café chairs so I pulled out my iphone and showed him this post. He was wondering if the first photo is of his favorite Paris café – Le Select?

I hope you had a lovely day!! xoxo

  8. There is nothing better then taking a moment to sit at a European cafe and enjoy taking in the sounds, sites and feel of a city. The people watching in Paris can't be beat. What I love most is that they take a short time to catch up with family or friends and then move on with their day. Something we should do more of here in the U.S.
