Good morning! I hope that you are surviving the crazy, cold temperatures. I read that the temperatures in parts of Minnesota were colder than Mt. Everest! Yikes, that is cold.

With the cold weather I am staying put and that of course has me thinking of comfort foods it also has me perusing Pinterest for foods to make for Super Bowl parties.
If you are looking for a few ideas for your Super Bowl party or 20 or of two here are some of my favorites.

1. Rhodes Dough Cast Iron Skillet Pizza.
This pizza is easy because it starts with Rhodes frozen bread dough and delicious because you can customize it to your taste, or that of your guests.

Chili for a crowd is always an easy and great idea. You can make a huge pot or a crock pot full of it and then set is up with a load of topping: sour cream, cilantro, cheese, peppers and more.

| Italian Sub Sandwiches |
3. Italian Sub Sandwiches are another easy and tasty option for your gathering. These sandwiches are best made the day before the celebration which is great because it is one less thing for you to do on the day of your party.

6. Baked Potato Bar from The Yummy Life
Another easy and crowd pleasing thing to make for party is a baked potato bar, you can serve veggies, cheese, sour cream, bacon, sauces, and more to accompany your potatoes. Keep the potatoes warm in a crock pot so that your guests can eat them when they want. The Yummy Life has so many great topping ideas.

7. Sheet Pan Nachos from Add A Pinch
Next to pizza nachos are one of my favorite party foods. I love the chips, the chicken, the beans and lots of cheese. If you don’t want to make sheet pan nachos you could also make a nacho bar for your guests.

| Layered Salad |
8. Make A-Head Layered Salad from The Kitchen is My Playground.
Does it get any easier than a make ahead salad? This salad is the perfect accompaniment to sandwiches, wings and the potato bar.

9. A veggie plate and of course some ranch dip or blue cheese dip.

Dessert is ALWAYS a must for a Super Bowl Party. These brownies are one of my favorites as are these Browned Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies.

If you are not a baker than you can whip up a batch of these No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies.
