- 3 medium Raw Carrots
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 Tablespoon soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tablespoon sesame oil or extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- red chili flakes
- Pinch of sea salt and pepper
- Garnish with chopped fresh herbs, cilantro, parsley and sesame seeds

How to Make TikTok Carrot Salad
- Wash and peel the skin off the carrots, then continue peeling the carrots to make long thin ribbons. Place the carrots in a bowl and add the chopped green onion. Set aside.
- In a small jar add or a small bowl add the dressing ingredients, grated ginger, the sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, lime juice, soy sauce, pinch of salt and pepper and red chili flakes. Mix well or if using a jar shake well.
- Pour the dressing over the shaved carrots and green onion. Toss until the carrots are coated with the dressing. Top with a sprinkling of sesame seeds and cilantro.
