Weekend Meanderings
Good Saturday morning to you friends. It’s time for Weekend Meanderings with Juliet and Kim. Join us as we share all of the things that piqued our interests and caught our eye this week.
There are no words to describe the heartbreak and utter devastation in California. People on the ground say that you cannot really tell what it is like unless you see it in person, that is probably true. What I can say is that what family and friends have shared is beyond comprehension. All I can offer is prayers, donations and comfort.
Donate to Help California
- Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation
Support LA firefighters and relief efforts - California Fire Foundation
Donate to the Disaster Relief Fund - Direct Relief
Provide medical aid for impacted areas - World Central Kitchen
Help deliver meals to first responders and affected families
If you are able to help in any way here is a list of places to make donations. Of course there are many, many others, as well as, Go Fund me accounts, etc. If you have somewhere that you donate please share it in the comments and I will add it to this list.
Ok, let’s meander.
