A Feast for the Eye: Pinterest Favorites This Week

Good morning friends! How has your week been? Mine has been a little frustrating, we ordered a new mattress on July 6th and were told it would be delivered in 48 hours, needless to say we still do not have it. Yesterday, after being told that it was on the truck and it would be delivered between 4-6, and then calling and speaking to 6 different people all of whom told us something different we were finally told at 9:00 pm yet another lie, that the delivery people were turned away at our guard gate. I was so angry I thought my head would pop off my body. I fired off a bunch of emails to the corporate headquarters and this morning a custom critical specialist called me to assure me that we will have a mattress tomorrow, honestly I can’t say that I believe them. I will keep you posted. On that note I will say that I am well aware of all of the delays because of Covid and I have no problem at all waiting, my problem is when the company and it’s employees bluntly lie.

On to better things. I love Pinterest, I don’t love all of the algorithm changes but I have been a user and a fan since the beginning; when you has to be invited to join. Does anyone remember that? In any case I am a frolic Pinner, I use my boards almost like a file for  recipes, art, books and more. I thought I would revive a post I use to do years ago where I would post my “favorite pins” of the week.
