Good morning friends! Did you have a good week? I don’t know about you but it is always a challenge for me after a 4 day weekend to get back into the “swing of things.” It has been a busy 4 days and and I am ready for the weekend because I have a few projects on my list this weekend. I’ll let you know how they go next week. What are your plans for the weekend? Whatever you do I hope that you get out and enjoy some beautiful Fall weather, maybe try one or two of the 13 Fall Activities I wrote about yesterday.
I have lots to share with you this week so let’s get to it. As always I encourage you to share your “Friday favorites”, any articles, books, recipes, Â or whatever else you discovered this week.
Food

Apple muffins, apple crisp and harvest almond apple pie are on rotation all season long at my house but  if you don’t feel like making a big pie you could always make these little apple hand pies.
My farmers market has piles of zucchini and this weekend I will be making zucchini casserole, an old fashioned, comfort dish. You could also try this blue ribbon zucchini pie!
I cannot wait to make these Asian Chicken Wraps with Thai Peanut Sauce.
