Good morning friends, have I got a treat for you. An easy and delicious dark chocolate ganache mousse recipe. This decadent dessert is vegan and made with only 4 ingredients. If you are a dark chocolate lover you can make it with just 2 ingredients!

I made a similar recipe a year or two ago but you whisked the mousse mixture. This week while perusing Instagram @jakecohen made a mousse with the same ingredients but he used a blender to mix it. Genius, and a heck of a lot easier than whisking over a bowl of ice until you reach the right consistency.

The original recipe calls for almond extract, I used vanilla.

You can use any dark chocolate, but use good dark chocolate, at least 60%. I used Tcho.

  2. This recipe looks soooo good! I am moving it from my Valentine Cloche party to this week’s Share Your Style #378 for you, Elizabeth. I realized that a number of folks hadn’t seen that that particular party was just a cloche post. Very limited. I will create more link parties in the future! 🙂

Anyway, I love the two recipes you shared and moved both. <3
Hope you had a wonderful Valentine's Day,
    Hugs,
    Barb 🙂

  3. Sound lovely, although I will substitute the honey for maple syrup as my vegans will not eat it with honey.
