9 Easy No Bake Christmas Treats!

I have used 20 lbs of butter over the last 2 weeks and I am pretty sure that while eating all of the raw dough(my favorite part of baking) I consumed at least 5 lbs of it. I am tired of baking. There I said it, shameful I know and not really in the Christmas spirit, but that is how I feel right now. I do not want to see my Kitchen Aid mixer again until Valentines Day. If I make anything it will be a no-bake treat or nothing.

If you are not a baker, tired of baking or just looking for a sweet treat that is easy to make and does not requite any baking, here are 9 no-bake holiday desserts that you might want to try.

Chocolate Covered Cashews, Pistachios and Dried Cherry Clusters

It does not get any easier than melting chocolate and pouring in your favorite nuts and dried fruit, in this case I used cashews, pistachios and dried cherries. After mixing the nuts in the chocolate you scoop out about a tablespoon full and drop them into small cupcake papers or onto a Silphat lined tray.

Dark Chocolate Dipped Fritos

I don’t even know if you can call this a dessert but it is one of my favorite sweet/salty treats. If you do not want to dip the Fritos individually you can also throw them into the chocolate and scoop them out into clusters.
