1 cup creamy, smooth peanut butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
1 bag mini marshmallows, 10 oz.
4 cup crispy rice cereal
Ingredients for chocolate topping
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons of melted peanut butter

Directions
Line an 8 x 8″ square pan with tin foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, creamy peanut butter, and chocolate.
Add the mini-marshmallows to the peanut butter mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until melted and smooth.
Remove from the heat and stir in the cereal.
Pour the cereal mixture into the prepared pan.Spread in an even layer using a rubber spatula or the butter wrapper, but don’t squish the cereal treats down too much.
Chill the pan for 20 minutes.
Add the chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl, microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring after ever 30 seconds until mixture is smooth.
Spread the melted chocolate over the top, drizzle with melted peanut butter and add a bit of flaky salt if you like Return the pan to the refrigerator until chocolate is set.
Cut and enjoy.
