Condensed Milk Brownies
Most everyone loves brownies, if they don’t then I’ve never met them. Some like fluffy cake brownies, others like gooey, fudge brownies. I am partial to fudge brownies myself. For as many brownie lovers as there are, there are just as many recipes to make. Condensed milk brownies are the latest recipe that I found and they are the richest fudgiest brownies of your life. This easy brownie recipe has a rich chocolate flavor, moist crumbs and a fudgy texture. They are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

These sweetened condensed milk brownies are a decadent, delicious dessert for your next barbecue, party or to add to a cookie tray at the holidays. They also make the best chocolatey brownies to use in your homemade sundaes. Simply top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, homemade hot fudge, whipped cream and maybe a few sprinkles.

Ingredients You’ll Need for Sweetened Condensed Milk Brownies
- Sweetened condensed milk, adds richness and sweetness. I like to use Eagle Brand.
- Unsalted butter.
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, or 60% Ghirardelli chocolate chips.
- Granulated white sugar.
- Brown Sugar.
- Vanilla extract, make sure to use real vanilla extract not imitation.
- Large Eggs, 2 whole + 1 yolk.
- All-purpose flour.
- Espresso Powder.
- Unsweetened cocoa powder, Cacao Barry is the one I use.
- Kosher Salt.

HOW TO MAKE CONDENSED MILK BROWNIES
- Read the recipe and gather all of your ingredients.
- Preheat your oven to 350. Then line your 8 x 8″ square pan with parchment paper or foil, spray with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Sift your cocoa powder, flour, espresso powder and salt in a bowl.
- In a medium pan melt the butter and the condensed milk together. Stir in the chocolate chips and continue to stir until the chips are melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat and let the chocolate mixture come to room temperature.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment beat the eggs, egg yolk, brown sugar and granulated white sugar on medium-high speed for about 3 minutes or until the mixture lightens in color. Add the vanilla extract and beat until incorporated, about 20 seconds. You can also use a hand mixer.
- Add the cooled chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir the brownie batter with a rubber spatula. Then add the sifted dry ingredients, stir until just combined. Do not over stir.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean. It is ok to have a few crumbs cling to the toothpick. For best results, do not over bake!
- Cool the brownies completely, then remove from the pan and cut into squares. Enjoy!
- See the entire recipe in the recipe card.
