- 1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- 11/2–2 cups Easter pastel M&M milk chocolate candy
Instructions
- Line an 8 x 5″metal loaf pan with plastic wrap or parchment paper.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer add the whipping cream, beat until stiff peaks form.Then slowly add the sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla bean mix until just combined.
- Add 11/4 cups of M&M candy and stir. Then scatter the rest of the candy to the top or decorate as I did.
- Pour the mixture into a plastic lined loaf pan and cover. Freeze for at least 5 hour or until frozen solid.
- When ready to serve remove from freeze and let thaw for at least 5 minutes, scoop out desired amount into a bowl or a cone and enjoy!
