It is no churn and requires no special equipment or ice cream machine, in fact all you really need is a whisk and a little muscle. But you can go easy on yourself and save your energy for the rest of the Easter menu by using your stand or electric mixer.

​What You Need to Make Easter Ice Cream

This easy treat is made with only 4 ingredients and comes together in less than 10 minutes. Make sure to make the ice cream at lest 5 hours before you plan to serve it, although over night is best.

How to Make No Churn Easter M&M Ice Cream

  • Line an 8 x 5″metal  loaf pan with plastic wrap or parchment paper.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer add the whipping cream, beat until stiff peaks form.Then slowly add the sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla bean mix until just combined.
  • Add 11/4 cups of M&M candy and stir. Then scatter the rest of the candy to the top or decorate as I did.
  • Pour the mixture into a plastic lined loaf pan and cover. Freeze for at least 5 hour or until frozen solid.
  • When ready to serve remove from freeze and let thaw for at least 5 minutes, scoop out desired amount into a bowl or a cone and enjoy!

Variations & Serving Suggestions

  • This ice cream is scrumptious as it is but you can also use it to make ice cream sandwiches, top with hot fudge, or make a brownie sundae!
  • You can make this ice cream with peanut M&M or Easter sundae m&m.
  • In addition you can also add nuts, fudge, caramel, chopped cookies, to make it extra special.

How to store no churn ice cream

Store leftover ice cream in an airtight container or cover your loaf pan tightly with plastic wrap. Ice cream will keep in the freezer for up to 8 weeks.
