Good Friday morning friends. I hope that you have had a good week. I’ve been busy with work, slowly resuming yoga 3 days a week, spending time with family and trying to wrap my mind around the fact that it is already June 19th! Honestly, I don’t really feel like its summer, do you? 

This weekend is Father’s Day so I hope that if you are able to share the day with your dad that you do it safely, and mindfully; focus on your dad and make him feel special after these long months of isolation.

Anything from Local Southwest, we purchased several bottles of the olive oil and vinegar when were were in Arizona in February, since then we have been replenishing our supplies online.
