  • Yield: 10-12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

3 4 oz. chocolate bars, or dark chocolate, milk chocolate or a combination of plain candy bars

1 4 oz. white chocolate bark, white chocolate chips or white melting wafers

8 Oreo cookies, seperated

1/32/3 cup Reese’s pieces or M&M candy

Edible candy eyeballs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 175F. Line a baking sheet with foil, parchment or a Silphat baking liner. Place 4, 4 oz. unwrapped chocolate bars on the parchment lined pan. Place into the oven for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes remove from the oven and test to see if the chocolate is melted buy using a skewer to swirl the chocolate.

If the chocolate is not melted return the pan to the oven for 1 minute and try again.

Once the chocolate is melted swirl the chocolate with a wood skewer or knife to make a swirled pattern, the sprinkle the top with the Oreo cookies and candy.

You can chop some of the cookies and scatter them on the chocolate. Dot the bark with the edible eyes. Refrigerate the bark until firm, then break or using a sharp knife cut into pieces.

Store the bark in the refrigerator to keep it from melting.

Notes

You can also melt the chocolate in a double boiler, put your chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a sauce pan of simmering water and pour onto the prepared baking sheet. Then swirl the chocolate and add the candy and cookies.
