What You Need to Make No Churn Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
How to Make Vanilla Bean No Churn Ice Cream
- Line an 8 x 5″ loaf pan with plastic wrap or parchment paper.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer add the whipping cream, beat until soft peaks form. Then slowly add the sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla bean mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a plastic lined loaf pan and cover. Freeze for at least 5 hour or until frozen solid.
- When ready to serve remove from freeze and let thaw for at least 5 minutes, scoop out desired amount into a bowl or a cone and enjoy!

I have actually never had no churn ice cream. I haven't had homemade ice cream in at least 20 or so years. Not sure I remember what it tastes like! However sounds like I could do this one.
