Throw Down A New Welcome Mat For Family and Friends!

Good Saturday morning friends! I hope that you are relaxing and reading this sitting in bed with a coffee, tea or cocoa and a pile of books and magazines. That is exactly where you will find me perusing my favorite blogs and looking for recipes on my  Fall Baking Board on Pinterest.

I have to be honest, I am not one for decorating the house for every season. I love decorating for Christmas and go all out but Fall is where I am a bit of a minimalist. I like to use natural decorations, pinecones, acorns, dried hydrangeas and of course pumpkins. I also love to find a new “Welcome Mat” to greet not only the guests but my husband and I each time we come home. 

I posted a cute mat yesterday(shown above) from Target but it is sold out so I thought I would see if I could find a replacement. 

I think I like this mat from Target better. I like the quote from the Wizard of Oz and I think it is actually fitting for the times we are living in. 

My sister would love this Wipe Your Paws mat, as she has cats and dogs and lots of guests. 

Plaid lovers like me will definitely want to pick up this mat, I think you could use if for Fall and Winter. It is sophisticated and perfect for the holidays as well. 

Come on in An Cozy Up, sit  awhile and have a cup of tea and a long chat.

For those who “love fall most of all” you might like this mat.

I might need this one with pinecones too! Now if I can only find one that has pinecones and acorns I would be very happy.
