Good morning friends, it’s Friday! The countdown is on, only 15 days until Spring. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if on that day the weather was warmer, the trees were filled with little buds just waiting to bust into colorful flowers and all of the little shoots that have been popping out of the ground were happy little flower faces? It’s not going to happen but a “Wizard of Oz” Technicolor moment would be fun on the first day of Spring.

I hope that you have your hot chocolate or your Dalgona whipped coffee or if you are reading this on Friday evening maybe glass of wine or your favorite cocktail and that you are ready to settle in an enjoy all of my favorite recipes, articles and more.

Food

Did someone say baked yeast donuts? Donuts are my absolute favorite treat aside from hot chocolate. They take me back to my childhood making donuts with my grandmother, although she deep fried her donuts. This recipe is for baked yeast donuts, can it get any better and dare I say healthier?

Speaking of healthier, do you have an air fryer?I have one and I use it at least once a day. Once of my favorite things to make in it is chicken breasts, they are juicy and delicious.

I love to cook soups, stews and meats in a slow cooker and today I am making Pork Carnitas!

I really want to make this Greek Skillet Lasagna.

Dark Chocolate French Silk Pie, I have never made one but I do enjoy them, this recipe and mouthwatering photo might propel me into the kitchen to make one this weekend.
