Good Friday morning friends how are you? I hope that you had a beautiful Spring week, yesterday it was 80 here! A little warm for this time of the year but the sun felt great. Sunday is the start of Holy Week, and then it’s Easter! Time seems to be flying these past few weeks. Are you ready for Easter? It is a challenge to cook for a holiday when there are only two of you, you want to enjoy the holiday and not miss out on your favorites but you also do not want to eat holiday food for a month. I will keep you posted on that, but for today I have lots to share so let’s get to it.
If you like cinnamon rolls, and who doesn’t, you will love this easy recipe for Cinnamon Roll Muffins, the taste and texture of cinnamon rolls but no yeast!
Do you make hot cross buns for Easter? I have made them several times and my favorite recipe to use is this one from Christina’s Cucina(the only change I make is no raisins, I use chocolate chips instead).
I made this soup and it is delicious!
This chicken enchilada casserole looks like another great recipe to make for a weeknight dinner.
This Bacon Brie and Avocado Sandwiches scrumptious!
I have been craving this dessert but I am afraid to make it because I might just eat the entire things.
This blog is so funny!
I have mentioned this several times but my cousin Angeline Boulley’s debut novel, The Firekeeper’s Daughter was released on the16th of March and this week it is No.1 on the New York Times Best Seller List!
What can I say, I love a good romance, More Than Words.
It is gardening season and although I am by no means a gardener I find myself drawn to books about them. This week I ordered Flowerpadia to learn more about flowers and their meanings.
I ordered Eat Better Feel Better from my library. I just started reading and and I am curious if you have read it yet and what you think?
I LOVE the watercolor pattern of this skirt.
And this Liberty print shirt from J Crew where almost everything is on sale for 20% off.
That is it for this wek friends, I hope that you found something interesting or something delicious to make. Please share all of your recipes, books, podcasts or whatever else you found interesting this week from around the web.
Have a happy and safe weekend.
