Good morning friends, it’s Good Friday and Easter weekend, are you ready for your celebration? We finalized our menu, Almond Sweet Rolls with fresh fruit and scrambled eggs for breakfast, candy for lunch from our easter baskets and for dinner, lamb for my husband, chicken for me, au gratin potatoes and asparagus, for dessert I am making a carrot cake(at least that is the plan for now).
I have lots of to share this week, as always, so grab your coffee, tea or hot chocolate and enjoy!

Lovely Easter offerings here Elizabeth – hope your holiday weekend is fabulous – now the cold spell has gone by and warmer days, even hot, ones are ahead. I covered my hydrangeas the past two nights as they were showing buds, hopefully they are saved from the below freezing temps!
