What You Need to Make Easter Magic Cookie Bars
- 1 stick unsalted butter melted
- 11/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk not evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups coconut flakes
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 11/2 chocolate chips, or white chocolate chips
- 11/2 cup pastel M&M candy pieces
How to Make Easter magic bar cookies
In just a few simple steps you will have the perfect Easter dessert.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13″ baking pan with parchment paper or foil. Spray the baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a small bowl combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, mix well.
- Then pour the graham cracker mixture into the prepared pan. Press the crumbs down firmly with the back of a measuring cup or use your clean hands to press the crumbs into an even layer in the bottom of your pan.
- Next, pour the can of condensed milk evenly over the top of the graham cracker layer and then sprinkle with the coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and M&M candy. Press the toppings gently into the condensed milk layer.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle the top with a few extra M&M’s if you like.
- Once cooled, use the parchment of foil over hang to remove the bars from the pan to cut and to serve.

Ingredients
