Good morning friends and a beautiful Fall Friday to you. How was your week? I went to the pumpkin farm and stocked up on a few pumpkins, I baked a few fall favorites and made a batch of soup and worked. I am not sure what the plans are this weekend but I know that I will be doing a few loads of laundry now that my washer and dryer are hooked up. I never thought I would be so happy to do laundry.
I have so many great things to share this week so grab a chair and your favorite beverage and sit down and relax and enjoy all of my Friday Favorites.

Beasts of a Little Land is next on my pile of books to read.
Which books are the best children’s Christmas books?
Christmas is not far off and I love to give books for the holidays, I also love the tradition of reading and giving one book for the 25 days leading up to Christmas. It is a wonderful tradition to start with your kids and grandkids. You don’t need to buy 25 book, you could have 12 for the 12 days of Christmas or if you wanted to get 25 there is time to go to the thrift store, shop online or even put some of the books in your library queue.
Each week from now until the holidays I thought I would save a few books that you might like to get for the kids and grandkids.

Based upon the true story of the little owl named Rockefeller, The Christmas Owl.

This beautiful book tells the story of Christmas, Unwrapping the Greatest Gift.

I did not know about the boat lift. I watched the video. Thanks so much for sharing it. Proved to me that there was a time when people all came together. It wasn’t politicized like COVID has been. What a beautiful story.
